Modular Classrooms, Schools and Child Day Care Centers; Permanent and Relocatable

YOUTH ACTIVITY CENTER

This Youth Activity Center includes a gymnasium with a full size basketball court and a Rock Climbing Wall as well as several equipment storage rooms. The Center includes a commercial kitchen along with a ‘Teaching’ Kitchen used to teach the Youth the basics of cooking home meals. For their entertainment there is a video game room and activity rooms for arts and crafts. The central area of the building has a stage to put on performances or for bands to play for dances or other school assemblies.

EXTERIOR: Full face brick, split face block and a standing seam metal roof was applied on site to compliment the aesthetics of existing structures and architecture. The Mechanical System includes a Smart System that allows the temperature and humidity for each of the spaces to be controlled remotely, and to alert facilities maintenance when the system needs maintenance, or may not be operating properly.

CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTER

This Child Development Center includes a day care area for toddlers and classrooms for elementary age children, plus a cafeteria and multipurpose rooms for athletics and school assemblies. COLLEGIATE FIELD HOUSE - Architectural Excellence!

This field house was needed as an integral part of a full-scale athletic field renovation project for a collegiate athletic program. The modular building will serve as the male and female locker, shower and restroom facilities, as well as an equipment storage room. A gated breeze-way allows the facility to be locked during off hours and provides a natural separation between the locker rooms and storage facility. CHILD DAY CARE CENTER

Twelve (12) factory-built modules were combined to build this functional day care center for over 100 children. Wood trusses and architectural shingles were installed on site to achieve a permanent roof system complete with storm water management; including guttering, downspouts and underground distribution. Commercial exit and egress lighting, fire alarm and building sprinkler systems were installed to meet model codes.

CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTER

Over one-hundred fifty (150) children can occupy this Child Development Center built in modules, delivered and expediently placed on a permanent foundation. All windows and doors are rated for high winds and the building designed using green / sustainable material and features.

Mark Line's in-house engineering staff can design and configure modular buildings to meet nearly any temporary need. Complete campuses or small additions are quickly constructed and later relocatable to another property within the district. Finance and lease options are available with lease terms that provide choice of building ownership or complete removal. Certain states, including California and Florida, require new schools to contain a percentage of modular construction to accommodate both expansion and contraction of student population.
